ÎNNO UP - THE STARTUP INITIATIVE OF THE AUSTRIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
There is a great opportunity in the collaboration between startups and companies that promises success and development for both sides. In order to solve even more concrete innovation projects, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKÖ) has launched the startup initiative “înno up”. The cooperation between established companies and startups is a model for success. With the format 'Inno up', collaborations are actively initiated and thus the innovative strength is increased. In this way, both sides can learn and benefit from each other.
Startups are drivers and their innovations make a significant contribution to the development of new tools. The focus here is often on the topic of sustainability and greening. At least 63 percent of all startups make a contribution to sustainable development and are classified as green startups, as shown by the Austrian Startup Monitor 2020. In addition to concrete innovation projects at existing companies, 'înno up' also offers companies access to sustainable solutions.
Harald Mahrer
President of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
